Who We Are Muddy River Arts is a group of artists based in the metro area of St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 2003, this fledgling group is in the process of figuring out just what a collective of artists can accomplish. FORMALLY, OUR MISSION STATEMENT: Muddy River Arts is an organization of professional artists from the St. Louis Region, who come together to exchange ideas and information, and to facilitate opportunities to exhibit and promote art to the public.
